Choosing between a Macintosh/Apple and PC has always been a challenging decision for many. Deciding whether to go with one of the richest men alive, Bill Gates, or with one of the greatest innovators of our times, Steve Jobs, proves to be more of a headache than many realize.
Lately though with all of the recent product introductions and placements, people have seen the fruit of their ways, and chosen Steve Jobs and Apple to be their men. They want at least one extra “i” in their life. Over the last couple of decades Steve Jobs has been a great innovator of the Apple Computer, now Apple Inc. Releasing the iPod in 2001 was the biggest step for Apple thus far. Then came the iMac, the iPhone, the iPod Touch, and most recently the iPad. What will be the next big “i?”
Besides being an amazing innovator of Silicon Valley though, Steve Jobs has had quite the colorful employment history over the past 40-50 years. Besides creating the Apple II Series with a couple of his colleagues, for Apple Computers, Steve Jobs had also founded “NeXT,” a computer platform company that focused on higher education and other business-based markets. Besides strictly working with computer systems and computer platforms though, Steve Jobs also served as the CEO of Pixar Animation, during the time of the popular family flick, Toy Story. Jobs was actually credited as the Executive Producer for Woody and Buzz, and all of the rest of the Toy Story gang.
Steve Jobs is known as one of the most important and specialized entrepreneurs in the world. He is known for constantly pushing his brand to the limits, and always focusing on Apple’s functionality and overall positive distinction.
With knowing all that is behind the man and the black turtleneck, do you really think that you will choose the rich guy, or the innovator?
