Software…which do you use?

Software is a collection of computer programs or related data that provides instruction, telling the computer what to do and how to do it. Most of the time when people hear software, they automatically think computers; more software goes to computers than anything else. There are 3 different types of software systems which are, system software, programming software and application software. System software can include device drivers, operating systems, servers, utilities and windows system. Basically system software is for managing a variety of hardware components, it pretty much provides basic functions to your computer. Programming software which is just that its software you use to program things onto your computer, it would be debuggers, interpreters, text editor, and compliers. With the software you would need an integrated development environment which is a single application that manages these functions. The last of the software’s is Application software which are things like video games, business software, industrial automation, educational software and word processing. Application software is widely used by everyone; this software has impacted a variety of topics. But without this software you would be able to write a report for work or school, play games, or keep records of business transactions. If downloading any of these software’s off the internet, like everything else you really have to make sure that you are downloading from a reliable source. If the source you are downloading from is unsafe you will be sure to get a virus or maybe even some kind of spyware, these things can do some major damage to your computer, which will cost you some money to fix. If buying your software from a reputable business then you should be fine, just make sure you have all the requirement that are stated on the packaging.
